Raphael (Rafi) is a Managing Director at IAGC with over 20 years of investment banking experience with a specialization in Digital Services and Software. Prior to IAGC, Rafi worked at Credit Suisse in the firm’s technology investment banking group, advising global large cap technology companies. Rafi has worked on more than 50 technology M&A and capital raise transactions across the US and Europe. Rafi received his J.D. from Columbia University and his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
