Nigel Barratt Bio

Nigel leads the HURST Corporate Finance team. HURST Corporate Finance are focused on achieving exceptional results from transactions. We are principally committed to realising value for shareholders who have built successful businesses, advising clients on transactions whether selling their business, acquiring businesses or raising finance to grow. Nigel joined HURST Corporate Finance after a successful career at EY and his own financial services consultancy. Nigel advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, and acted as a non executive director for a number of private companies in industries including pharmaceuticals, food and support services.
