Austin Ellert Bio

Mr. Ellert joined Hovde Group in 2016 and is responsible for evaluating the financial and strategic options of financial institutions, which includes performing financial analyses and valuations of depository institutions, assessing the impact of national and regional trends on the financial services industry and assisting in the facilitation and execution of M&A transactions and capital offerings. Mr. Ellert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Ellert is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and holds the following licenses: Series 63 & 79.
