Mr. Stefanowski is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He leads the firm’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services efforts for the East Coast and is based in the New York office. Mr. Stefanowski has more than two decades of valuation and consulting experience. During that time, he has worked on a range of valuation advisory assignments for both financial sponsors and corporate clients, including business enterprise valuation, spinoff transactions, capital structure valuation, fairness and solvency opinions, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, legal entity valuation, intangible asset valuations, and private equity mark-to-market assignments. He focuses on the consumer, industrials, and business services sectors. Mr. Stefanowski is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Technical Standards Committee. He is fluent in Polish and routinely advises on cross-border assignments involving Europe, North America, and Latin America. Before joining Houlihan Lokey in 2014, Mr. Stefanowski was a Managing Director with Duff & Phelps. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Stefanowski holds a B.S. and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
