Mr. Creegan is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, where he focuses on M&A and capital raising for healthcare services companies. He has been involved in numerous transactions across urgent care, anesthesiology and pain management, orthopaedic care, dental services, and other physician practice management groups. Recent clients include Simply Beautiful Smiles, MD Now, Anesthesia Associates of Ann Arbor, The Orthopaedic Institute, and Linden Capital Partners. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Creegan worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he focused on sellside and buyside M&A transactions across industries. Notable transactions include NN, Inc.’s $615 million acquisition of Precision Engineered Products, Ferro Corporation’s $154 million divestiture of its polymer additives division to H.I.G. Capital, and the sale of Flow Polymers to Arsenal Capital Partners. Mr. Creegan earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University as well as a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
