Mr. Strassman is a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey. He has more than 25 years of experience providing financial advisory services to public and private clients in connection with M&A, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs, recapitalizations, going-private transactions, and strategic alternative assessments; capital raising activities (senior, mezzanine, and equity); and leveraged ESOP transactions. In addition, Mr. Strassman renders fairness, solvency, and transaction-related opinions to companies, boards of directors, special committees, financial institutions, and independent fiduciaries. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Strassman worked in Corporate Finance at Thrifty Corp. and as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte in Los Angeles. Mr. Strassman holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. He currently serves on the board of American Friends of the Hebrew University.
