Timothy Larsen Bio

Mr. Larsen is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, focusing on a variety of subsectors within food & beverage and consumer products. He has advised on numerous sellside M&A and capital markets transactions as well as buyside M&A transactions, other corporate finance assignments, and fairness opinions. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Mr. Larsen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
