Mr. Honorowski is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Honorowski is based in the firm’s New York office. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Honorowski was a Vice President at Sagent Advisors, LLC, a middle-market investment bank based in New York. While at Sagent, Mr. Honorowski focused on advising family-owned, private equity-owned corporate and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, and raising private financing to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for special situations. Mr. Honorowski received an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, and a B.A. magna cum laude in Mathematics and Economics from Middlebury College.
