Bio

Mr. Fisher is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, where he is a member of the Data & Analytics team. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience encompassing mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and equity and debt fundraisings for a wide range of UK and international clients, both privately and publicly owned. He is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Fisher was a Managing Director with Quayle Munro prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2018. He joined Quayle Munro in 2014 from Jefferies International, where for his last five years there, he was Head of European Technology Investment Banking. Mr. Fisher has covered the technology sector since the late 1990s and was Head of European Technology Investment Banking for both Citigroup and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Mr. Fisher is focused on software, fintech, and IT-enabled business services in key growth verticals, where he has acted on a significant number of technology transactions. His most recent transactions prior to joining Houlihan Lokey include the sale of 4sight Financial Software to Broadridge and the sale of Target Group to Tech Mahindra. Other transactions include the sale of Clinical Solutions to Capita; the sale of Torex Retail Holdings to Micros Systems; the acquisition of TAG by Deutsche Post/Williams Lea; the acquisition and debt financing of Iris Software Group and simultaneous acquisition of Computer Software Group by Hellman & Friedman; the take-private of Visma Group Holdings by HgCapital; and the debt financing on the take-private of Misys by Vista Equity Partners. Mr. Fisher has also acted on a number of IPOs, including T-Online; Vestas Wind Systems; Xchanging; Hogg Robinson Group; and Blinkx’s carve-out from Autonomy and its simultaneous placing. Prior to this, he had roles with Hambros Bank and Enskilda Securities working on Nordic cross-border M&A and client coverage.
