Bio

Mr. Dufilho is a Managing Director and senior member of Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group. He has more than two decades of experience providing M&A advisory and corporate finance services to public and private companies and private equity firms. Mr. Dufilho is based in the firm’s Dallas office. Over his career, Mr. Dufilho has advised on more than 100 M&A and financing transactions across a broad spectrum of consumer products segments, including beauty and personal care, consumer electronics, DIY products, furnishings and décor, home and household products, and outdoor and active lifestyle. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Dufilho worked at Alvarez & Marsal and PwC, where he provided M&A and corporate finance advisory services. Mr. Dufilho graduated summa cum laude with B.B.A.s in Finance and International Business from Loyola University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
