Ms. Singer is the Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Finance at Houlihan Lokey. Ms. Singer’s responsibilities include the management, recruitment, development, and growth of the Corporate Finance business and personnel on a global basis in close collaboration with senior management, the heads of industry groups, and internal operations departments. She is based in the firm’s New York office. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Singer was the Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone’s Advisory Business, with similar responsibilities to her current role. Prior to Blackstone, she held several positions at Lehman Brothers, including Debt Capital Markets Officer covering TMT companies as well as Senior Vice President in the Office of the Chairman. She also worked at Goldman Sachs in the High Technology Group and began her career at Wasserstein Perella & Co. in the Industrials Group. Ms. Singer holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
