Mr. Alley has served as Houlihan Lokey’s Chief Financial Officer since 2012. In this role, Mr. Alley oversees the Company’s accounting and financial reporting operations as well as acquisition business development. Mr. Alley joined Houlihan Lokey in 1995 as an investment banker focusing on advising public and private clients, boards of directors, and special committees on sell side and buy side mergers and acquisitions prior to being appointed to the Chief Financial Officer role. Mr. Alley joined Houlihan Lokey in 1995. Mr. Alley earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and graduated with highest distinction with an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
