Kevin Walsh Bio

Mr. Walsh is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group as well as the firm’s Software team, with a particular focus on vertical software and human capital management. He has spent his entire career in technology M&A and has nearly 20 years of experience advising public and private company clients on a variety of transaction types, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and debt/equity financings. Mr. Walsh is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Previously, Mr. Walsh was a Managing Director and senior member of the software and M&A teams at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
