Mr. Walsh is a Managing Director in the software team within Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He has nearly two decades of experience providing strategic advice to boards and management teams of technology businesses. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Previously, Mr. Walsh was a Managing Director at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
