Mr. Popehn’s notable transactions include Garrett Motion, Inc., RentPath, LATAM Airlines Group, Peabody Energy, Aceto Corp., Catalyst Paper Corp., Westinghouse, American Airlines, the city of Detroit, Verso Corp., Appvion, Walter Energy, Foresight Energy, Hutchinson Technology Corp., Hawker-Beechcraft, the Las Vegas Monorail, Capmark Financial Group, Smurfit-Stone, SemGroup, Movie Gallery, Inc., and Radnor Holdings Corp.
