Daniel Crowley Bio

Mr. Crowley is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He specializes in executing complex transactions across a variety of disciplines, including M&A, A&D, financing, and recapitalization transactions. Mr. Crowley is based in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Crowley has approximately two decades of experience advising clients in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. He has advised corporations, boards of directors, management teams, and stakeholders in both domestic and international engagements. Mr. Crowley is a regular speaker on various topics regarding the oil and gas industry. Mr. Crowley holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia College.
