Mr. Foley is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group with nearly two decades of experience advising clients on financial restructuring, distressed M&A, capital raising, securitization structuring, and valuations. He is based in the firm’s London office. Since joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Foley has been involved in a number of restructuring transactions in the US and Europe. His disclosable engagements include Allegiance Telecom Inc, Ormet Corp, Milacron LLC, and Tropical Sportswear International Corp. in the US and Sea Containers Ltd., Linpac Group Ltd, Truvo, WIND Hellas, Ferretti SpA, Hibu plc, Punch Taverns plc, Invitel, PHS Group plc, Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd, New Look, General Healthcare Group, Debenhams plc, PizzaExpress, and KCA Deutag in Europe. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Foley was an Analyst in the Corporate Banking Group of The Northern Trust Corp, where he focused on commercial lending and workouts. Mr. Foley holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
