Chris Pedone Bio

Mr. Pedone is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s FinTech Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office. Previously, Mr. Pedone was a Director at Freeman & Co., an independent advisory firm focused on providing M&A advisory, capital raising, and other investment banking advisory services to financial institutions clients, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2019. While at Freeman & Co., Mr. Pedone completed transactions in a wide range of financial sectors. As a member of the M&A and Advisory Services practice, he focused his efforts on the firm’s broker-dealer and financial technology coverage as well as maintaining the firm’s private equity coverage. He joined Freeman & Co. in 2004 as a member of the Freeman Consulting Services group. Prior to joining Freeman & Co., Mr. Pedone was a Financial Analyst and an Associate Underwriter at CIGNA Corp. Mr. Pedone received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
