Andrew Morrow Bio

Mr. Morrow is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group. Previously, he was a Managing Director within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group, leading a variety of restructurings, M&A assignments, and financings for all levels of the capital structure. Mr. Morrow is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Over his 20+ year career, Mr. Morrow has executed in excess of 50 special situation and restructuring transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Morrow has extensive experience advising on recapitalizations, both from the company and creditor side. His notable transactions include Erickson Aircrane, EaglePicher, Remy, Leiner Health Products, Penhall, William Lyon Homes, U.S. Concrete, and Reichhold. Before rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Morrow was a high-yield analyst with the leveraged finance group of SunAmerica Investments, specializing in high-yield and leveraged loans. Earlier, he was a Financial Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. Mr. Morrow holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
