Mr. Adams is Head of Data & Analytics within Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Adams was Chief Executive Officer of Quayle Munro, a corporate finance advisory business specialising in the global data, analytics, software, and services sectors, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2018. He joined Quayle Munro in 2008 on its acquisition of The van Tulleken Co, a corporate finance boutique focused on the publishing, information, and data sectors, where he was the Group Managing Director for 10 years. Previously, Mr. Adams worked at RELX Group and was Chief Operating Officer of Vivitar Corp, the US-based photographic and imaging business. Mr. Adams is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), having qualified with Ernst & Young in 1989.
