Bio

Nick has over 35 years of specialist corporate finance experience providing advice to the media, entertainment and marketing services industries acting for entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity investors. Prior to Highstead, Nick was the Executive Chairman at Ingenious Corporate Finance for 15 years and previously Chairman of the investment banking division of private investment bank Granville. Nick began his corporate finance career at S.G. Warburg & Co. Ltd. Nick has a degree in Economics and is a qualified solicitor.
