Tyler Dale is a Managing Director with Hexagon Capital Alliance. He has 19 years of experience of capital markets experience and has been involved in numerous merger & acquisition transactions, recapitalizations and debt and equity capital raises for middle-market clients. Mr. Dale’s transaction experience spans a variety of sectors, including Outdoor & Recreation, Apparel, Direct-to-Consumer, Branded Consumer Products, Personal Care, Business and Consumer Services and Healthcare. Prior to this position, he was a Director with Moss Adams Capital LLC, and an Associate with D.A. Davidson & Co. in their Consumer Products and Healthcare investment banking groups. Mr. Dale earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and is a CFA Charterholder. He lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife and two daughters.
