Paul Kacik is a Managing Director with Hexagon Capital Alliance. He has 20+ years of healthcare investment banking experience and has been involved in 100+ M&A transactions, recapitalizations, and debt and equity capital raises for middle-market clients. Mr. Kacik serves as head of the firm’s Healthcare practice having acted in a lead advisory role on numerous domestic and cross-border healthcare merger & acquisition transactions within healthcare services, including Physician Practice, Behavioral Health, Hospitals, Managed Care, and Pharmaceutical Services. Previously, Mr. Kacik was a senior healthcare investment banker at several leading firms, including serving as Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Opus Bank, Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at Duff & Phelps, as well as Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at both DA Davidson and Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Kacik earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Cass Business School at the City, University of London. He and his wife live in Orange County, CA
