Bio

Bill’s primary focus is advising clients on merger and acquisition transactions as well as financial and strategic advisory services in all industries. Bill has over 34 years of financial management and leadership both in public accounting, the aerospace industry and most recently, investment banking. Prior to joining Heritage, he served in multiple financial leadership capacities, most recently as Vice President – Financial Planning & Treasurer, and, previously, Corporate Controller for Gulfstream Aerospace, a leader in the business-jet industry and a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE: GD). Over his career, Bill was actively involved in numerous M&A transactions, both in the aerospace industry and while working previously with Deloitte LLP. Bill is a longtime Savannah resident and committed to his community where he has also served in leadership positions for various professional and civic organizations, including the boards of the Telfair Museums, the Savannah Chamber of Commerce, and the Savannah Country Day School. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), and received his B.B.A from the Culverhouse School of Accountancy at The University of Alabama.
