Stephen has over 27 year experience in Financial Services, providing advisory and execution services across equity capital markets, debt markets, mergers and acquisitions and capital management in both listed and unlisted markets. From Stephen’s extensive experience within investment banking, he has developed strong transactional experience from a breadth of industries and holds particular expertise within the origination and execution of ECM transactions. Stephen has advised on over 300 transactions worth more than A$2.0bn across a range of markets, sectors and clients over the past 5 years. A trusted adviser to Boards, shareholders, CEOs and other senior management. Prior to joining Henslow, Stephen previously worked at EL&C Baillieu as Director, Head of Corporate Finance. Prior to this Stephen worked with ABN AMRO Morgans/ABN AMRO Rothschild in the equity capital markets for ten years from 2000. Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from the University of Melbourne and Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.
