Bio

Sebastian has over 10 years professional experience in capital markets providing advisory and execution services across equity capital markets, debt markets and mergers and acquisitions in both listed and unlisted markets. Sebastian has broad experience having worked on over 300 transactions – worth more than A$2.0bn – across a range of sectors including industrials, technology, financial services and natural resources. Prior to joining Henslow, Sebastian was a Director and Associate Director of corporate finance at E.L. & C. Baillieu Limited from 2011 to 2020 and also worked in wholesale debt markets and sovereign debt management at the Australian Office of Financial Management. During this time he was involved in Government Bond Issuance, Treasury Note Issuance, Short Term Investments, RMBS Issuance and management of Australian Government balance sheet and cash flow. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics Finance) Honours First Class from RMIT University.
