Paul has over 28 years professional experience in equities sales, corporate finance, research, stock broking and trading. Paul has deep experience with a strong focus on the natural resources and energy sectors, for which he has conducted a wide-range of seed, private and public capital raisings. Previously, Paul worked with a number of stockbroking firms including Ord Minnett Ltd, Colonial Stockbroking and BNP Paribas where Paul was Head of Desk in Wholesale Stockbroking. Paul was a director of Proserpine Partners Pty Ltd, which is a private equity business which also provides a range of services including capital raising and general corporate advice. Paul is also a non-executive Chairman of the ASX-listed Terrain Minerals Ltd and non-executive acting Chairman of ASX-listed Alligator Energy Ltd. Paul’s qualifications are B.Ed. Grad Dip TA. F Fin.
