Jonathan has over 25 years professional experience in corporate finance and public markets with a core expertise in ECM and M&A, primarily servicing small to mid-market companies. Jonathan has broad experience with particularly strong sector expertise within FMCG, financial services and technology. Jonathan has been involved in over 20 IPOs, ECM transactions that have collectively raised in excess of $2.5B, and M&A transactions with a combined enterprise value exceeding $2B. These included the Healthscope acquisition of Nova Health and ABC Learning Centres acquisition of Hutchison Child Care. Previously Jonathan was a Director and the Head of Corporate Finance at Austock Group, a role he held for over 10 years. Before this, Jonathan worked in the corporate departments of two other brokerage firms in Melbourne and Perth and with an international firm’s corporate planning and development arm.
