Mr. Tucker entered healthcare in the early 70s and has served in various senior management positions. Mr. Tucker serves as Managing Director and has helped guide HealthCare Markets Group from a finance emphasis to a full-service investment banking and consulting consortium. He successfully developed a lease finance portfolio with one of the nation’s largest utilities, established an innovative asset management program, and continues to maintain an integral role as financial advisor and investment banker in mergers and acquisitions. During his career, Mr. Tucker has sponsored the acquisition and development of ambulatory surgery centers, acute care hospitals, cancer treatment centers, outpatient imaging centers, medical office buildings, home healthcare agencies, sleep labs, management information systems, and numerous hospital-based technology programs. He has participated in an advisory role to leading healthcare companies for facility planning, joint ventures, strategic plans, feasibility studies, pool financings, due diligence, and technical assessments.
