Vincent Hubner Bio

Vincent Hübner holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann diploma in Economics (University of Kiel) and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He worked for Strategic Planning Associates (SPA), a renowned management consulting firm based in Washington DC, before establishing the corporate finance business of the Matuschka Group, a then large financial service company in Germany, in the mid 80s. In the early 90s Vincent Hübner founded his own corporate finance company in Munich forming the platform for today's Hübner Schlösser & Cie. For all his professional life Vincent Hübner has done nothing but worked on company transactions, as M&A advisors as well as principal investor. He is member of the Advisory board of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group in Düsseldorf.
