Dominik Mayer Bio

Dominik Mayer studied business administration with a focus on corporate finance at the University of Applied Science in Neu-Ulm and is a CFA Level III candidate. Before joining Hübner Schlösser & Cie in January 2021, he worked, among other M&A firms, for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance/M&A department. Dominik has focused his entire professional career on international company transactions, either for corporates or private equity investors, both on the buy- and sell-side. He is exceptionally experienced in the areas of M&A, financial modeling and company valuation and has advised, among others, companies such as Deutsche Bank, Merck, Linde, Adecco and Formula 1.
