Javier Martinez Bio

Javier is a founding partner of Haya Capital and his professional career has focused on advising on M&A transactions and managing investments in financial markets and private equity projects. Before joining Haya Capital, he worked at Deutsche Bank (M&A) and HypoVereinsbank Group (fund management). Javier is also a professor at IE Business School in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, and Structured Finance. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the UCM, an MBA from IE Business School, a Master's degree in Structured Finance and Venture Capital from IE Business School, a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from IEB, and a CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) degree.
