Bio

Jay Houlihan leads the firm’s investment and advisory practices in energy, business services and selected areas of technology. Jay has worked with private companies for more than 25 years as an investor and advisor, and has served on 30 private company boards of directors. He was previously a Co-Founder and General Partner of InnoCal, a growth equity investment firm based in Costa Mesa, CA. Jay received a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from Boston University.
