Dave Harvey founded Harvey & Company in 1998 and has been a leading buyside advisor to private equity funds, acquisitive corporations, and CEOs in transition since 1990. Dave was previously a partner of the predecessor firm to Harvey & Company, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Math Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
