Will Bain is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Consumer Group. He has extensive experience working with clients in several sectors including branded consumer products, consumer services, and retail and restaurants as well as food, beverage, and agribusiness. Will has nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of merger and acquisition, capital raising, financing, and strategic advisory assignments. He is based in our London office.
