Richard​ Siegel Bio

Richard Siegel is a managing director in the Harris Williams Private Capital Advisory Group, focused on leading a full range of secondary liquidity and private capital solutions. Richard has nearly 20 years in the financial services industry. Prior experience includes investing in private equity transactions and providing capital raising advisory services to middle market companies, as well as investing in private and public credit opportunities across the capital structure. He is based in New York. B.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
