Priyanka Naithani Bio

Priyanka Naithani is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Technology Group. She has deep experience advising clients across the technology landscape, including software, SaaS, healthcare IT, technology-enabled services, digital media, and eCommerce. Priyanka has over 12 years of experience at the firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. She is based in our Boston office. M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; M.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University; B.S. with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology.
