Paul Poggi is the chief operating officer of Harris Williams. For over 25 years, he has led operational and legal teams across multiple industries and business sizes, with significant experience at financial institutions. He has over 15 years of experience at Harris Williams, where he oversees the strategic initiatives of our business operations, finance, information technology, compliance, and marketing teams. He is focused on bringing these teams together to create strategic edges and operational efficiencies that continue to drive Harris Williams forward as a world-class M&A advisory firm. Paul is based in our Richmond office. J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School; B.A. in English from Cornell University
