Nick Owens is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has extensive experience working with clients in the providers, payors and payor services, outsourced provider services, Healthcare IT, and outsourced pharma services sectors. Nick has over 16 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.B.A from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
