Michael Kim is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the Technology Group. Throughout his career, Michael has advised middle market and Fortune 500 companies, private equity groups, and venture capital firms, with a focus on enterprise software and other technology subsectors. Michael has over 25 years of experience advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking, and investment banking advisory. He is based in our San Francisco office. B.A. in Economics from Williams College.
