Julien Oussadon Bio

Julien Oussadon is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm’s Technology Group. He has extensive experience across the broader technology sector including, industrial software, cybersecurity, legal technology, compliance solutions, and financial technology. Julien joined Harris Williams in 2018 and has over 18 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our London office. B.S.B.A. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
