John Lautemann Bio

John Lautemann is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Industrials Group. He has deep experience across the industrials market, with a specialized focus in the chemicals and specialty materials sector. John joined Harris Williams in 2011 and has over 15 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
