John Arendale Bio

John Arendale is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Industrials Group. He has extensive experience across several sectors including chemicals; engineered equipment, components, and products; industrial technology; natural resources, metals, and mining; packaging; and building products and materials. John has nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University.
