Joe Conner Bio

Joe Conner is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Transportation & Logistics Group. He has extensive experience working with clients across the transportation industry, with a particular focus on the automotive and heavy duty aftermarket. Joe joined the firm in 2005 and has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. In addition to his advisory experience, Joe also gained extensive direct operating experience in the sector during his time at CSX Transportation, an international multimodal transportation company with railroad, ocean shipping, barge, third-party logistics, and intermodal operations. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia
