Jeff Kidd Bio

Jeff Kidd is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Transportation & Logistics Group. He has extensive knowledge of the automotive and heavy duty aftermarket, third-party logistics, and transportation infrastructure sectors, with a particular emphasis on third-party logistics. Jeff has over 15 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office. B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
