Jason Bass Bio

Jason Bass is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm's Industrials Group and the Transportation & Logistics Group. He has deep experience advising global clients across a variety of sectors and leads our teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes in automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket, industrials, and third party-logistics. Jason has nearly 30 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. Jason joined the firm in 2012 and is based in our Richmond office. B.S. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
