Greg Waller is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He has experience advising clients across sectors, including engineering and construction, environmental services, utility services, energy efficiency, telecom services and TICC. Greg has more than 10 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh; B.A. and M.A. in History from Youngstown State University.
