Giles Tucker Bio

Giles Tucker is a managing director at Harris Williams who works across all of the firm’s Industry Groups to deepen our relationships within the private equity community. He has nearly 30 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. Giles, who has spent nearly 20 years with Harris Williams, is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and B.A. from the University of Virginia.
