Geoff Smith Bio

Geoff Smith is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has deep experience across the healthcare and life sciences landscape, including payer tech and services; healthcare IT; outsourced provider services; and medical products and devices. Geoff, having joined the firm in 2004, has nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and B.B.A in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University
