Derek Lewis Bio

Derek Lewis is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm's Business Services Group. He has extensive knowledge of the professional services, commercial and industrial services, and specialty distribution sectors, having worked with numerous clients in the space. Derek joined the firm in 2000 and has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
