Chris Smith Bio

Chris Smith is a Managing Director at Harris Williams in the firm's Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group. He has extensive experience advising clients across sectors, including aerospace technology and products; aviation services; defense; government services; and space. Chris has over 11 years of experience at the firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. Earlier in his career, Chris served as a naval aviator in the United States Navy where he flew the F/A-18 Hornet. M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth; B.S. in Chemistry from the U.S. Naval Academy.
